Paint Parties

An intergenerational activity with no artistic experience needed! You will be led step-by-step in painting a beautiful picture on to canvas, with all the help and encouragement you need. You’ll be so surprised at what you can achieve!

Paint Parties fit well with our Purpose at StPA – ‘to bring wholeness and hope to the people around us, through encountering Jesus’. It’s a great opportunity to invite friends into a welcoming environment for some great fun! But Paint Parties are also a place where people can build friendships and receive encouragement whilst attending to their wellbeing and exercise our God-given creativity. There is space, if wanted, for silence, meditation and concentration. To help with this, there is often an opening prayer, a thought or theme from the Bible, and if anyone wants receive prayer there is a friendly team who are on hand to do so. Paint Parties are both vibrant and fun, whilst also being relaxing and restorative.
