COMMUNITY CAFE & FOODBANK
Thursdays @ 10.00am – 12.00pm

COMMUNITY CAFE at St Peter’s Church is a place of welcome & friendship for the whole community to gather and enjoy. There’s free tea & coffee, cakes and snacks and great friendly conversation. In the Spring and Summer you can sit outside and enjoy the Community Garden. If you’re coming on your own for the first time, our Community Cafe Lead, Wes Atkinson, will look out for you and make you feel really welcome, as will the rest of our dedicated Cafe Team!

FROM OCTOBER 27th 2022 and through the colder months we’ll be serving a FREE HOT SOUP LUNCH from 12pm every Thursday.

Community Cafe is taking part in the Warm Welcome initiative this winter – providing a free, warm, welcoming, safe space for families and individuals who may be struggling to heat their home or buy food this winter.

FOODBANK – The Foodbank is hosted by StPA and operates out of the Community Cafe. You are welcome to just turn up, and the Foodbank Team will be pleased to welcome you with a hot drink. We’ll listen carefully to you and discover how we can help you best. The Foodbank also hosts the Acts435 Project, offering help and support in the shape of small grants. Ask us for info.  The Bucks Council ‘HELPING HAND’ team will be at Community Cafe on the last Thursday of each month.  They’re available to help those on low income or those experiencing a financial emergency or crisis.
